GGPoker Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ggpoker Malaysia ("ggpoker", "we", "our platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the ggpoker platform, including the website, mobile application, and any related services.

By completing the ggpoker account registration process, clicking the "Register" button, or accessing any part of the ggpoker platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation or company, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Ggpoker reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the ggpoker platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

The ggpoker platform is only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure you qualify before registering:

• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident physically located in Malaysia.
• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. ggpoker reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• You are not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme, whether through ggpoker or any related body.
• Ggpoker is to be used for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional purpose.

Ggpoker is not liable if an individual provides false information regarding their age or eligibility. Any winnings obtained by a member found to be ineligible may be fully forfeited by ggpoker without any compensation.

Each individual is only permitted to open one ggpoker account only. Multiple accounts under the same name, IP address, phone number, or device are strictly prohibited. ggpoker employs advanced detection systems to identify any attempts to create multiple accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name as per your ID, an active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ggpoker account username and password. ggpoker will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your login credentials. Please notify ggpoker immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Never share your ggpoker account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available under the security settings of your ggpoker account.
• Always log out of your ggpoker account when using a shared device.

Ggpoker accepts deposits from recognised and legitimate local Malaysian payment methods. All accepted payment methods are as follows:

Ggpoker reserves the right to conduct security checks before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are flagged under suspicious circumstances. These checks are typically completed within 24 hours. Players will be notified via their registered email address during the review period.

If your ggpoker account still has a bonus balance with an unfulfilled wagering requirement, you may still withdraw your original deposit. However, any associated bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once a withdrawal is made before the requirement has been met.

Ggpoker offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The general conditions that apply to all ggpoker bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or exchanged directly for cash.

All games available on the ggpoker platform – including slots, live casino, table games, lottery, and featured games – are operated in accordance with international industry standards. Players are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before playing with real money.

Ggpoker uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is independently audited by an internationally accredited body every three months for all games that utilise random numbers. • Bets placed on matches that are cancelled, suspended for more than 24 hours, or unable to be completed due to circumstances beyond ggpoker's control will be fully refunded to the member's account balance.
• Any wager placed based on insider information, coordination with other parties, or activity indicating intent to defraud the ggpoker system is void and invalid.
• Maximum bet limits per match and betting market may vary. Current limits can be viewed in the ggpoker betting section.
• The cash out feature is only available on selected bets. ggpoker reserves the right to suspend or remove the cash out option at any time.

All ggpoker members are required to observe a code of conduct that ensures a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on the platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, bots, or any automated method to play or interact with the ggpoker platform.
• Colluding with other members on game strategies or betting in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or using multiple ggpoker accounts under any circumstances.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the ggpoker platform's systems and infrastructure.
• Using offensive language, making threats, or harassing ggpoker support staff or other members in any interaction.
• Publishing or sharing unlawful, harmful, or misleading content related to ggpoker on any platform.
• Registering using another person's identity or false information.

Ggpoker reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending an account, placing a hold on withdrawals, or permanently closing the account.

Ggpoker reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Legal compliance obligations or directions from relevant regulatory authorities.
• Suspicious activity potentially indicative of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the member.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, ggpoker reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from the activity that violated those terms. Your original deposit balance (your own funds) will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to its findings.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their ggpoker account may do so through account settings or by contacting ggpoker customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with ggpoker's standard procedures.

The ggpoker platform is provided "as is" and ggpoker makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Ggpoker shall not be liable for any loss or damage – direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential – arising from the use of or inability to use the ggpoker platform, including:

• Service disruptions may occur due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Data corruption or loss resulting from technical failures beyond ggpoker's control.
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate, audited game outcomes.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.

Ggpoker's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arises.

Ggpoker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to members. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, and the date of the last update will be displayed at the top of the document.

For amendments deemed material or significant, ggpoker will endeavour to notify active members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the ggpoker platform after any amended terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the ggpoker platform and may request the closure of your account.
