Ggpoker Welcome Bonus Package

Three bonus packages to choose from based on your favourite game type

Why the ggpoker Welcome Bonus Is Worth Claiming

Many online gambling platforms offer welcome bonuses, but not all of them deliver real value to players. Some advertise large figures while hiding wagering requirements that are nearly impossible to clear. Others grant a bonus but restrict game selection so heavily that you can't freely explore the platform. At ggpoker, our approach is different.

The ggpoker welcome bonus is designed to give new players a genuine head start. A 100% deposit match means you begin with twice the funds — and that extra balance can be used freely across all game types on ggpoker, from slots to Live Casino, without being locked into a single category.

Our wagering requirements are among the most reasonable in the industry — 20x for casino and slots bonuses, and just 5x for Sports Betting credits. That means if you receive a RM 200 bonus, you only need to wager RM 4,000 across all games before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For active players, this is very achievable within just a few sessions.

On top of that, the 100 free spins included with the casino package give you a chance to win without touching your own balance. Free spins are credited instantly once your first deposit is confirmed and can be used immediately on Gates of Olympus — one of the most popular slots among ggpoker Malaysia players.

How to Make the Most of Your Bonus at ggpoker

Many new players get caught up in the excitement of a bonus and dive straight in without a clear strategy. This often leads to frustration when the bonus runs out before the wagering requirements are met. With a little planning, you can get the most out of your ggpoker welcome bonus.

First, understand the wagering requirement. For ggpoker casino and slots bonuses, the wagering requirement is 20x the bonus value. This means if you receive a RM 200 bonus, you need to wager RM 4,000 before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Sounds like a lot? It really isn't – a player betting RM 20 per round on baccarat or blackjack will clear this requirement in around 200 rounds.

Next, choose games that contribute 100% toward meeting the wagering requirements. At ggpoker, all slots and casino table games contribute 100% — meaning every RM 1 you wager counts in full. Compare this to some other platforms where baccarat bets only count for 10%–20% toward the wagering requirement.

Third, use your free spins to explore at zero risk. One hundred free spins on Gates of Olympus gives you a chance to win while getting familiar with ggpoker's most popular slot mechanics. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to lighter wagering requirements.

Play Responsibly

ggpoker bonuses are here to enhance your fun, not add pressure. Set your limits. Read more at Responsible Gaming.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bonuses

These are the questions new ggpoker players ask most about the welcome bonus. If your question isn't listed here, ggpoker's Malay-speaking support team is available 24 hours a day.

Can I withdraw my bonus before the wagering requirements are met?

No, winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. However, your original deposit (your own money) can be withdrawn at any time — only the bonus portion is subject to ggpoker's wagering requirements.

How long do I have to fulfil the wagering requirement?

You have 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to your ggpoker account to fulfil the wagering requirement. If the requirement is not met within that period, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically forfeited – your deposit, however, is not affected.

Can I change my bonus package after my first deposit?

No, the bonus package selected during your first deposit is final and cannot be changed once the deposit is confirmed. Take your time to choose the package that best suits the type of games you enjoy most at ggpoker.

FAQ – ggpoker Welcome Bonus

Everything you need to know about ggpoker bonuses before signing up

No hidden fees. The ggpoker welcome bonus is a free top-up based on your first deposit — you don't pay anything extra to receive it. The wagering requirements are standard across the industry: simply play through your funds (including the bonus) as you normally would, and once the requirements are met, all winnings are yours to keep.

Your bonus is credited instantly once your first deposit is confirmed by the ggpoker system. For deposits via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or GrabPay — which are processed within 30 seconds — your bonus will be available in under a minute. Free spins are credited within the same timeframe. If you experience any delay, contact ggpoker's 24-hour customer support.

The ggpoker casino and slots bonus can only be used in the casino and slots sections. Sports Betting credits are exclusively for the sports and e-sports sections. If you want to play in both, the Premium Combined Package is the better choice — it covers both bonus types in one more rewarding bundle.

If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days, any remaining bonus balance will be automatically removed from your ggpoker account. This does not affect your real money deposit — only the bonus portion will be forfeited. Your account remains active and you can continue playing with your own balance. If you are close to completing the requirements, contact ggpoker customer support to discuss your options.

For the Casino & Slots Package and the Combined Package, the maximum win from a bonus is capped at 10x the bonus value received. For example, if you receive a RM 200 bonus, the maximum withdrawable winnings from that bonus is RM 2,000. However, there is no win cap on your own deposited funds – any winnings generated from your own money (not the bonus portion) can be withdrawn in full without restriction.

Yes, the welcome bonus is just the beginning. ggpoker offers a wide range of ongoing promotions for all active members, including 5% daily cashback on casino and slots, 30% Monday reload bonus, 150% Friday slots deposit bonus, weekly Malaysia Super League odds boost, +10% football parlay bonus, weekly VIP rebates of up to 1.2%, and weekly slot tournaments with a RM 5,000 prize pool. Check the Promotions page in your ggpoker account for the latest available offers.
